1. Loosen the clamps and remove boot (1) from the hood and precleaner.2. Disconnect dust ejector hose (2) from the bottom of the muffler. Loosen the bolt, washer and nut to remove hose (2) and the adapter from the precleaner. 3. Loosen the clamp and remove precleaner (3) from the air cleaner housing. 4. Loosen the bolts and remove cover (4) from the air cleaner housing. 5. Remove filter element (5) from the air cleaner housing. 6. Remove the ten nuts to remove filter element (6) from the air cleaner housing. 7. Remove the two bolts and remove air cleaner housing (7) from support assembly (8). The following steps are for installation of the air cleaner housing.8. Put air cleaner housing (7) in position over the studs on support assembly (8). Install the two bolts to hold air cleaner housing (7) to the support assembly.9. Put filter element (6) in position over the studs inside the air cleaner housing. Install the ten nuts to hold filter element (6) and tighten them to a torque of 27 4 N m (20 3 lb.ft.).10. Install filter element (5) in the air cleaner housing.11. Install cover (4) over the filter elements and tighten the bolts to a torque of 4 0.6 N m (35 5 lb.in.).12. Install precleaner (3) on the air cleaner housing and tighten the clamp.13. Connect the precleaner to the hood with boot (1) and tighten the clamps.14. Connect dust ejecto hose (2) and the adapter the precleaner housing. Connect the other end of hose (2) to the bottom of the muffler.
