Information:
Problem
Two failure modes have been identified with the Engine Vision.First Failure Mode
There have been known failures of the 189-4750 Monitor Electronic Control Module , the 212-7481 Monitor Electronic Control Module , and the 289-6327 Monitor Electronic Control Module . Failures include the following symptoms: blank screen, poor illumination, improper function of the configuration screen, internal exposure to moisture and vertical lines and horizontal lines across the screenSecond Failure Mode
The Engine Vision must be flashed to a newer software in order to resolve an issue, but detailed flashing instructions are not available.Solution
