7 2 7N-0242 Bushing Push the end of the sleeve bearing with a sharp corner to 0.15 mm (0.006 inch) below the surface. The notch of the sleeve bearing must be oriented as shown in Illustration 3.
After assembly, bore of the bushing (D4) is 19.093 0.038 mm (0.7517 0.0015 inch).
Install the sleeve bearing to the following depth from the top of the fuel pump housing (D5) is 28.4 0.5 mm (1.12 0.02 inch).
Locate the joints of the sleeve bearing to the angle (D6) of 10 5 degrees.
8 4 4M-1474 Lifter Guide Pin During installation, the lifter guide pin should be pressed into the bore until contact is made with the bottom of the casting.
9 2 9S-4160 Bushing The center of the tab for the sleeve bearing must be within 0.05 mm (0.002 inch) of a line that passes through the center of the bearing inner diameter that is parallel to the vertical centerline of the fuel pump housing.
After assembly, bore of the bushing is 12.758 0.046 mm (0.5023 0.002 inch).
Installation depth of the sleeve bearings (D9) is 19.0 0.5 mm (0.75 0.02 inch).
10 1 6N-8441 Bushing After assembly, bore of the bushing (D10) is 53.988 0.038 mm (2.1255 0.0015 inch).
Installation depth (D11) is 4.8 0.5 mm (0.19 0.02 inch).
11 1 6N-8441 Bushing After assembly, bore of the bushing (D10) is 53.988 0.038 mm (2.1255 0.0015 inch).
Installation depth (D12) is 1.0 0.5 mm (0.04 0.02 inch).
