Information:
3. Remove the bolts and tube assemblies (1) and (2) from the torque converter and the oil cooler. 4. Disconnect wires (4) from the sending unit on the engine.5. Disconnect wire harness (3). 6. Disconnect heater hoses (5) and (6) and remove the clips that hold them to the engine. 7. Disconnect air lines (7) and (8). 8. Loosen clamps (10) and remove bolts (11) and remove tube assembly (9) from the engine. 9. Disconnect control cable (12) from the governor and remove the bolts and bracket (13) from the engine. 10. Put identification on wires (14) and (15) and disconnect them from the solenoid and starter. 11. Disconnect wire harness (16) at the flywheel housing.12. Turn the valve at the fuel tank in the closed "OFF" position. 13. Disconnect fuel lines (17). 14. Remove the bolts and clips (18) from the bottom of the cylinder block. If the machine is equipped with an air conditioner, disconnect the lines from the air conditioning compressor. 15. Remove the nuts and the bolts and remove muffler brackets (19) from the engine. 16. Remove the bolts that hold disconnect switch (20) in place on the frame. 17. Put floor jack (21) in position under the transmission housing so it will not fall when the engine is removed. 18. Put tool (A) in position on the engine as shown.19. Remove bolts (22) from the engine front mounts.20. Remove the bolts that hold the transmission case to the flywheel housing.21. Lift up on the engine a small amount and remove it. The weight of the engine is 1058 kg (2350 lb.). If necessary use forcing screws to make a separation of the transmission case and flywheel housing.22. Put blocks between the transmission case and the support of the rear axle.Install Engine
1. Put tooling (A) in position on engine (1).2. Put engine (1) in position and make an alignment of the flywheel and the torque converter. Make sure the O-ring seal is in position on the transmission case.3. Install the bolts that hold the flywheel housing to the transmission.4. Remove the blocks from under the transmission housing. 5. Install front mounting bolts (2).6. Put disconnect switch (3) in position on the frame and install the bolts. 7. Install the muffler brackets (4) on the engine. 8. Put the fuel lines in position and install clips (5) and (6) that hold the fuel lines to the bottom of the engine block. 9. Connect fuel lines (7) and (8).10. Turn the valve at the fuel tank in the "OPEN" position. 11. Connect wire harnesses (9) and (10) at the flywheel housing. 12. Connect wires (11) and (12) to the solenoid and the starter. 13. Connect bracket (14) and control cable (13) to the governor. 14. Put tube assembly (15) in position on the engine. Install the bolts and tighten clamps (16). 15. Connect air lines (16) and (17). 16. Connect heater hoses (18) to the engine. 17. Connect wire harness (20) and wire harness (19) to the sending unit. 18. Put O-ring seals in position on tube assemblies (21) and (22).19. Install tube assemblies (21) and (22) on the oil cooler and the torque converter. If machine is so equipped, connect the air conditioner lines to the air conditioner compressor.20.
