Problem
New valve locks need to be installed on certain D4E, D5B, D6D, D6E, and D8L Tractors; 930R and 966R Wheel Loaders; 120G and 140G Motor Graders; 621S Scrapers; and 3304, 3306 and 3408 Engines due to wear of the lock's shoulders.

In addition to the following Affected Product, any product that had 2A4429 Valve Locks installed between October 1, 1990 and February 24, 1991 must be reworked by installing new valve locks.
