Information:
Start By:a. remove hood and door assembly
At operating temperature, the engine coolant is hot and under pressure. Steam can cause personal injury. Check the coolant level only after the engine has been stopped and the fill cap is cool enough to touch with your bare hand. Remove the fill cap from the radiator slowly to relieve pressure. Cooling system conditioner contains alkali. Avoid contact with the skin and eyes to prevent personal injury.
1. Drain the radiator. The capacity of the cooling system is 37.9 liters (10 gallons). 2. Open the battery compartment access door.3. Remove three bolts (1) from each side of the grill frame and tilt the grill frame back away from the machine. 4. Remove upper & lower radiator hoses (2). Remove eight bolts (3) and install link brackets (A) in the upper holes of the bracket.
Use caution in Step 5, removing the radiator, taking care not to bend the fins of the radiator. If the fins get bent, the cooling capacity of the radiator will be impaired.
5. Attach a lifting device to link brackets (A) and raise the radiator out of the machine. The weight of the radiator is 55 kg (120 lb). To install radiator, reverse the removal steps.End By:a. install hood and door assemblyRemove & Install Oil Cooler

At operating temperature, the hydraulic oil tank is hot and under pressure. Hot oil can cause burns. Remove the fill plug only when the engine is stopped and when the fill plug is cool enough to touch with your bare hands.
Identify all hydraulic lines as they are removed for reinstallation purposes. Cap and plug all lines and fittings to prevent any contaminants from entering the hydraulic system. 2. Remove panel (10). 3. Connect a hose to valve (13) and drain hydraulic tank (12). The capacity of the hydraulic tank is 117.5 liters (31 gallons). 4. Remove upper radiator hose (2). Leave the lower hose connected, it is not necessary to remove the lower hose.5. Remove the two hydraulic lines that connect to the bottom of the oil cooler.6. Remove the fan shroud and guard from the oil cooler and let it lay against the engine.7. Remove the bolts from bracket (3) that are necessary to remove the cooler, and install link brackets (A) in the upper holes of the oil cooler as shown.
Use caution in Step 7, removing the oil cooler, taking care not to bend the fins of the oil cooler. If the fins get bent, the cooling capacity of the oil cooler will be impaired.
8. Attach a lifting device to link brackets (A) and raise the oil cooler out. The weight of the oil cooler is 39 kg (85 lb). To install oil cooler, reverse the removal steps.End By:a. install hood and door assembly
