Cut cable strap (8) from harness assembly (9).
Slide the locking tab to the unlocked position, disconnect harness assembly (9) from differential pressure sensor (2).
Use suitable tooling to compress hose clamp (5) and hose clamp (6). Position the hose clamps away from differential pressure sensor (2).
Remove bolts (3) from differential pressure sensor (2).
Disconnect differential pressure sensor (2) from tube assembly (4) and tube assembly (7).
Remove differential pressure sensor (2) from bracket (1).

Disconnect tube nut (11) and remove hose assembly (7) from Diesel Oxidation Catalyst (DOC) and Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) canister assembly (12).

Typical example
If necessary, follow Step 9a through Step 9c to disassemble hose assembly (13).
If necessary, make temporary marks on tube assembly (13) for installation purposes only.
Use suitable tooling to compress hose clamp (14). Position the hose clamp away from tube assembly (13).
Remove the tube assembly (13) from hose assembly (7).
Disconnect tube nut (10) and remove hose assembly (4).

If necessary, follow Step 11a through Step 11c to disassemble tube assembly (15).
Make temporary marks on tube assembly (15), and hose assembly (4) for installation purposes.
Use suitable tooling to compress hose clamp (16). Place the hose clamp away from tube assembly (15).
Remove the tube assembly (15) from hose assembly (4).Installation Procedure
Ensure that all components are clean and free from wear damage and restriction. If necessary, replace any components that are worn, damaged, or not free from restriction.

If necessary, follow Step 2a through Step 2d to assemble tube assembly (15).
If necessary use suitable tooling to compress new hose clamp (5). Install the new hose clamp onto hose assembly (4). Ensure that the new hose clamp is correctly orientated.
Position new hose clamp (16) onto tube assembly (4).
Install tube assembly (13) to tube assembly (4). Align the tube assembly with temporary marks.
Correctly position new hose clamp (16) once tube assembly (15) is installed and aligned.

If necessary, follow Step 3a through Step 3d to assemble tube assembly (13).
If necessary use suitable tooling to compress new hose clamp (6). Install the new hose clamp onto hose assembly (7). Ensure that the new hose clamp is correctly orientated.
Position new hose clamp (14) onto tube assembly (7).
Install tube assembly (13) to tube assembly (7). Align the tube assembly with temporary marks.
Correctly position new hose clamp (14) once tube assembly (13) is installed and aligned.

Position tube assembly (7) and connected tube nut (11) to DOC and DPF canister (12). Loosely tighten the tube nut.
Position tube assembly (4) and connected tube nut (10) to DOC and DPF canister (12). Loosely tighten the tube nut.

Connect tube assembly (4) and tube assembly (7) to differential pressure sensor (2).
Position differential pressure sensor (2) onto bracket (1).
Install bolts (3) to differential pressure sensor (2). Tighten the bolts to a torque of 12 N m (106 lb in)
Use suitable tooling to compress new hose clamp (5) and new hose clamp (6). Position the new hose clamps into the correct position on hose assembly (4) and hose assembly (7). Ensure that the new hose clamps are correctly orientated.
Connect harness assembly (9) to differential pressure sensor (2). Slide the tab into the locked position.
Tighten tube nut (11) to a torque of 30 N m (266 lb in). Ensure that the tube assembly is not strained as the tube nut is tightened.
Tighten tube nut (12) to a torque of 30 N m (266 lb in). Ensure that the tube assembly is not strained as the tube nut is tightened.
Install a new cable strap (8) to harness assembly (9).Note: Ensure that the cable straps meet Original Equipment Manufacture (OEM) specifications.
Turn the battery disconnect switch to the ON position.
