Before the disassembly procedure, thoroughly clean the exterior of the component to prevent dirt from entering the internal mechanism.Note: Put identification marks on all lines, on all hoses, on all wires, and on all tubes for installation purposes. Plug all lines, hoses, and tubes to prevent fluid loss and keep contaminants from entering the system.
Open the engine hood.

Disconnect hose (1) and (4) .
Disconnect hose assembly (5) .
Disconnect tube assembly (6) .
Remove tube (7) .
Remove nuts (3), turbocharger (2), and the gasket.
Use two people to remove turbocharger (2) and the gasket. The weight of turbocharger (2) is approximately 34 kg (75 lb).Installation Procedure
Install turbocharger (2) in the reverse order of removal.
Apply Tooling (A) to threads of the studs and install nuts (3). Tighten nuts (3) to a torque of 70 15 N m (52 11 lb ft).
