Information:

Drain the coolant from the cooling system. 1. Remove four bolts and washers (1) from each grille door (2). 2. Open the grille and place in the lock position or attach a lifting strap and remove the grille as shown. The weight of each section is 54 kg (120 lb) 3. Remove two bolts and washers (3) from each side and remove crossbar (4). 4. Remove three bolts and washers (6) and baffle assembly (8).5. Disconnect horn assembly (7). Remove three bolts and washers (5) and baffle assembly (9). 6. Remove three bolts and washers (11). Leave bolt (10) in place and pivot cover plate (12) towards the rear of the machine. 7. Disconnect two hoses (15) from the top of the radiator core section.8. Remove two bolts and washers (13) and remove core retainer (14).9. To avoid damage to the radiator cores use two people to remove.10. Remove the core from the bottom tank. The weight of the middle cores is 20 kg (45 lb) 11. Remove end core assembly (16) from each side after removing the center cores. They are removed in the same manner but have only one hose to disconnect. 12. Inspect rubber spacer (17) and replace if damaged or worn. 13. Remove rubber seal (18) from the bottom tank. Use the same procedure to remove all other cores. The following steps are for the installation of the radiator.
Do not use any petroleum products for lubrication of any rubber components in this radiator. Use only soapy water to lubricate.
14. Apply 207-1601 Rubber Lubricant to the internal bores of the seal before you install the radiator core. The 207-1600 Rubber Lubricant is used only in the North American Commercial Division. Apply 207-1600 Rubber Lubricant to the internal bores of the seal before you install the radiator core.Do not use a petroleum based lubricant on the seal. Refer to Special Instruction REHS1063. Soap may be used to lubricate the seal if the soap does not contain abrasive additives or chlorine.15. Install rubber spacers into top retainers, lubricate thoroughly.16. Install assembled top retainer and spacer onto core to be installed.17. Slide core up onto top mounting bracket, push up and move bottom of core into position over bottom seal. Lower into position, do not allow core to slide on bottom seal. It must be lowered into holes of seals for proper assembly, lubricate thoroughly.18. Make sure top retainer and spacer is in proper position. Hold module down with hand pressure to ensure it is seated against the bottom seal before installing the top retainer.19. Install two bolts and washers in top retainer and tighten.20. Install vent hoses onto tubes (top of core).21. Do the same for each additional core to be installed.22. On differential steer hydraulic oil cooler core, install plugs in bottom seal. Install top retainer and spacer onto top of core. Slide core into position and install bolts in top retainer. Install bolts in bottom of core, reinstall bottom fitting into core. Reattach line to bottom fitting and reattach line to top of cooler core.23. Remount dual tilt valve.24. Reassemble the rest in reverse order.
