Clock Manual Alignment Required The Electronic Control Module (ECM) internal clock is also known as an electronic service hour meter. The transmission hour meter is too far out of alignment with other ECM hour meters (> 50 hours).
Use Cat® Electronic Technician (ET) to synchronize the ECM hour meters. At the top menu, click Service, and Synchronize Service Hour Meters from the drop-down menu. Next, click the Synchronize button to synchronize all the service hour meters on the machine. A pop-up dialog box will inform you of a successful synchronization of each ECM.
