Parts Disposition
Handle the parts in accordance with your Warranty Bulletin on warranty parts handling. Attach. (Rework Procedure) Rework Procedure 1. Remove the 7V0661 Panel Assembly, 9V0516 Door Assembly, and 9K9537 Grill Assembly from the left rear of the hood and guard group. Disconnect the hydraulic oil lines from the 4N1375 Hydraulic Oil Cooler Group. 2. Remove the 4N1368 Radiator Guard & Support Group, 7N9473 Radiator Group, and 4N1375 Hydraulic Oil Cooler as a unit by performing the following steps. a) Remove the 7C3378 or 9Y7088 Radiator Brace (top tank to engine). The brace is not to be installed again. b) Drain the radiator (save the coolant) and disconnect the lines. c) Remove the 9Y1360 Guard Assembly and disconnect the 6N0449 Spider Assembly from the 9Y1360 Fan Drive Group. d) Remove the 9Y1360 Fan Drive Group. e) Remove the 4N2693 Tightener Arm Assembly from the 4N4649 Belt Tightener Group. f) Attach a suitable lifting device to the radiator guard group. Unbolt and remove the radiator and guard groups as a unit. 3. Remove the 6N8344 Auxiliary Drive Pulley Group and the 4N1560 Crankshaft Damper Group. 4. Replace the 7C3272 Engine Support as follows: a) Loosen all four 9W9950 Mount Assemblies. b) Raise the front of
