Information:
1. Attach a hoist and suitable lifting chains to the engine and torque converter updrive transfer gearbox assembly, as shown.2. Carefully put the engine and torque converter updrive transfer gearbox assembly in position in the machine. The weight of the engine and torque converter updrive transfer gearbox assembly is 1816 kg (4004 lb). 3. Install bolts (60) and (61), the nuts and the washers in the engine mounts. Tighten bolts (60) and (61) to a torque of 800 100 N m (590 75 lb ft). 4. Install bolts (58), (59), the nuts and the washers in the engine mounts, as shown. Tighten bolts (58) and (59) to a torque of 800 100 N m (590 75 lb ft). 5. Connect hose assembly (57). 6. Connect air conditioning hoses (55) and (56) (if equipped). 7. Connect electrical connector (53) and electrical connector (54) (if equipped). 8. Connect tube assembly (52) to the main implement pump. 9. Connect hose assembly (50) to the transmission oil cooler.10. Install bolt (51), the washer, the spacer and the clamp assembly. 11. Install bolt (49), the washer, the spacer and the two clamp assemblies. 12. Connect hose assembly (48). 13. Connect electrical connector (47). 14. Connect electrical connector (46).15. Connect cables (43), (44) and (45) to the starter. 16. Put the hoses (if equipped) in position in the engine bay of the machine, as shown. Install hose clip (39), two hose clips (40), two hose clips (41) and hose clip and bracket (42) (if equipped).17. Connect hose (38) (if equipped) and tighten the hose clamp. 18. Connect hose assembly (36) (if equipped) and hose assembly (37).19. Connect hose assemblies (34) and (35). 20. Put hose assembly (33) in position on the torque converter updrive transfer gearbox and tighten the two hose clamps.21. Connect hose assembly (32) to the torque converter updrive transfer gearbox. 22. Connect hose assembly (30) to the torque converter updrive transfer gearbox.23. Install hose clip (29) and harness clip (31). 24. Put the axle oil cooling hoses and clamp assemblies (if equipped) in position and install bolts (26), (27) and the washers that hold them.25. Install bolt (25) and the earth wire from the wiring harness.26. Install three harness clips (24) that secure the wiring harness to bracket (28). 27. Connect cable (22) to the start relay and install nut (23) and the washer. 28. Install cable straps (21), as shown. 29. Connect the engine speed sensor harness to electrical connector (19).30. Install two harness clips (18).31. Connect the engine wiring harness to electrical connector (17).32. Install cable strap (20) on the harness clip, as shown. 33. Install the harness clip, the nut and the washer on the engine side of stud (16). 34. Put hose and tube assembly (15) in position and tighten the hose clamp.35. Put hose and tube assembly (14) in position and tighten the two hose clamps. 36. Put hose and tube assembly (13) in position and tighten the two hose clamps. 37. Put tube assembly (12) in position and tighten the hose clamp.38. Put hose (11) (if equipped) in position and tighten the hose clamp. 39. Connect hose assembly (10) to the torque converter outlet relief valve.40. Install cable strap (9) on the harness clip, as shown.41. Connect the wiring harness to electrical connectors (6) and (7) (if equipped) on the torque converter outlet relief valve.42. Install bolt (8) and the earth wire from the wiring harness. 43. Put hose assembly (4) in position and install hose clip (5) on the torque converter outlet relief valve. 44. Install two hose clips (3) on the torque converter updrive transfer gearbox. 45. Install crossbeam (2). The weight of the crossbeam is 24 kg (53 lb). Install four bolts (1), the nuts and the washers that hold crossbeam (2) to the rear frame.46. Evacuate and charge the air conditioner system (if equipped). Refer to Service Manual, SENR5664, "Air Conditioning and Heating Systems with R-134a Refrigerant" for the correct procedure. Refer to Special Publication, NEDG5065, "Air Conditioning Tools" for the correct tools.End By:a. Install the steering, brake and pilot pump. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Gear Pump (Steering, Brake and Pilot) - Install" for the machine that is being serviced.b. Install the upper drive shaft. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Drive Shaft (Upper) - Remove and Install" for the machine that is being serviced.c. Install the muffler. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Muffler - Remove and Install" for the machine that is being serviced.d. Install the fan. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Fan - Remove and Install" for the machine that is being serviced.e. Install the radiator. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Radiator - Install" for the machine that is being serviced.f. Install the hood. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hood - Remove and Install" for the machine that is being serviced.g. Remove the steering frame lock pin. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock Pin - Remove and Install" for the machine that is being serviced.
