Information:

3. PTO Vehicle Speed Limit (PTO VSL) - Maximum vehicle speed at which the PTO Governor will function.4. PTO Engine RPM Limit (PTO RPM) - Maximum engine rpm attainable using the CRUISE CONTROL switches while the vehicle is operated below the PTO VSL (generally used for maximum rpm limit for overnight idling). 5. Low Gears #1 RPM Limit (LoGr #1) - The rpm at which the engine is limited in the lowest gears.6. Low Gears #2 RPM Limit (LoGr #2) - The rpm at which the engine is limited in a secondary gear range.7. Low Gears Turn Off Speed (LoGr Off Limits) - The vehicle speeds at which LoGr #1 and LoGr #2 turn off. 8. High Gears rpm Limit (HiGr rpm) - The rpm at which the engine is limited in the higher gears (generally used to encourage shifting into higher gears).9. High Gear Turn On Speed (HiGr On) - The vehicle speed at which High Gear rpm is in effect.10. Top Engine Limit (TEL) - Maximum allowable engine rpm generally set at rated rpm [rpm at which maximum power is developed] plus (+) 20 rpm. 11. Engine rpm at Vehicle Speed Limit (Eng rpm at VSL) - The engine rpm achieved in high (top) gear at VSL. Interruption of the vehicle speed input to the 3406B PEEC System will limit engine rpm to this value at all vehicle speeds.12. Vehicle Speed Limit (VSL) - Maximum vehicle speed.13. Low Engine Idle rpm - Minimum programmed engine rpm (between 600 and 750 rpm).14. Low Cruise Control Set Limit (LCC) - Minimum vehicle speed at which cruise control will function.15. High Cruise Control Speed Set Limit (HCC) - Maximum vehicle speed in cruise control.16. Idle Shutdown Timer - This feature shuts down the engine after "X" minutes of idle time. The following conditions must be met to enable the idle shutdown timer. * Idle shutdown feature selected* No vehicle speed detected* Parking brake is applied* Low idle fuel rack position* Engine at operating temperatureThe delay time to shutdown is programmable with ECAP (Electronic Control Analyzer Programmer) or the 3406B PEEC DDT (Digital Diagnostic Tool). A programmed value of "00" disables the idle shutdown feature. The idle shutdown timer may be programmed from 3 to 60 minutes.Ninety seconds before the programmed idle time is reached, the "Check Engine" lamp will begin to flash at a rapid rate. If the clutch or brake pedals change position or are activated during the final 90 seconds, the idle shutdown timer will be disabled until the parking brake is reset. This shutdown feature does not shut off the electrical system in the truck. Use of this feature for extended periods of time will weaken the battery.17. Retarder Coast/Latch - Allows the ECM to be programmed in one of two modes of operation for retarder use with the Cruise Control mode: Coast- This mode of operation is the default setting. Cruise Control must be "ON" and retarder will function only when the operator's foot is applying the service brake. Latch- Cruise Control must be "ON" and operator must apply the service brake to initiate action. The retarder will then remain active after the operator's foot is removed from the service brake. The retarder will continue to slow the engine and vehicle down until one of the following occurs: * "RESUME" switch is activated.* Throttle pedal depressed.* Clutch pedal depressed.* Engine speed (rpm) drops below 950 rpm.
