Install two couplings (67) and (94) to exhaust elbow (95). Repeat this procedure for the couplings on the other side.

Install turbocharger gasket (93) to the exhaust manifold. Install gasket (89) to drain elbow (91).
Position a suitable lifting device (not shown) on turbine housing (69), cartridge (44), and compressor cover (40). Secure the lifting device to a hoist. Position turbine housing (69), cartridge (44), and compressor cover (40), as shown.
Lubricate the threads of four bolts (92) and the threads of two bolts (90) with 5P-3931 Anti-Seize Compound prior to installation. Install four bolts (92) that hold turbine housing (69) to the exhaust manifold. Install two bolts (90) that hold drain elbow (91) to cartridge (44).

These views are of the right side at the front of the engine.
Install turbocharger gasket (88) to the exhaust manifold. Install gasket (82) to drain elbow (84).
Position a suitable lifting device (not shown) on turbine housing (86), cartridge (83), and compressor cover (31). Secure the lifting device to a hoist. Position turbine housing (86), cartridge (83), and compressor cover (31), as shown.
Lubricate the threads of four bolts (87) and the threads of two bolts (85) with 5P-3931 Anti-Seize Compound prior to installation. Install four bolts (87) that hold turbine housing (86) to the exhaust manifold. Install two bolts (85) that hold drain elbow (84) to cartridge (83).

Install turbocharger gasket (81) to the exhaust manifold. Install gasket (76) to drain elbow (77).
Position a lifting device (not shown) on turbine housing (79), cartridge (75), and compressor cover (24). Secure the lifting device to a suitable hoist. Position turbine housing (79), cartridge (75), and compressor cover (24), as shown.
Lubricate the threads of four bolts (80) and the threads of two bolts (78) with 5P-3931 Anti-Seize Compound prior to installation. Install four bolts (80) that hold turbine housing (79) to the exhaust manifold. Install two bolts (78) that hold drain elbow (77) to cartridge (75).

Install turbocharger gasket (73) to the exhaust manifold. Install gasket (70) to drain elbow (71).
Position a suitable lifting device (not shown) on turbine housing (66), cartridge (50), and compressor cover (26). Secure the lifting device to a hoist. Position turbine housing (66), cartridge (50), and compressor cover (24), as shown.
Lubricate the threads of four bolts (74) and the threads of two bolts (72) with 5P-3931 Anti-Seize Compound prior to installation. Install four bolts (74) that hold turbine housing (66) to the exhaust manifold. Install two bolts (72) that hold drain elbow (71) to cartridge (50).

This is a view of the left side of the engine.
Tighten clamp (68) that holds coupling (67) to turbine housing (69) to a torque of 9.5 1 N m (7 0.7 lb ft). Tap clamp (68) lightly in order to ensure that clamp (68) is properly seated. Tighten clamp (68) again to a torque of 9.5 1 N m (7 0.7 lb ft). Repeat this procedure for the other clamp.
