Information:

1. Remove bolts (1) and washers from lower plate (2) and plate assembly (3).2. Remove plate (2) from the radiator shroud. Remove plate assembly (3) from the bottom inside of the radiator shroud. 3. Remove bolts (4) and washers from air conditioner condenser (5).4. Use two people in order to remove the air conditioner condenser from the radiator assembly. The weight of the air conditioner condenser is 18 Kg (40 lb).5. Remove bolts (6) and the washers from the radiator. 6. Remove bolts (8) and washers from upper plate (7).7. Remove upper plate (7), the plate and the baffle that are behind upper plate (7), from the radiator shroud.
Nut and washer removed for photo clarity8. Remove two nuts, washers and bolts (9) from two brackets (10). The bolts are removed through the front of the radiator. 9. Attach a lifting sling and a hoist to the hand rails of the radiator shroud. Lay the radiator shroud down on its front face. Use lifting slings and a hoist in order to remove radiator core (11) from the shroud. Attach the lifting slings in a manner that will balance the radiator core. The weight of the radiator core is 64 Kg (141 lb).Install Radiator Core & Air Conditioner Condenser
Check the condition of the radiator core and the air conditioner condenser prior to installation. Remove any dirt or debris that may restrict the flow of air through the radiator core or air conditioner condenser. If any of the cooling fins are bent, they should be straightened.1. Clean the air conditioner condenser and the radiator core. 2. Attach a lifting slings and a hoist to radiator core (11). Attach the lifting slings in a manner that will balance the radiator core. Position the radiator core in the radiator shroud. Attach a lifting sling and a hoist to the hand rails of the radiator shroud. Carefully lift the radiator shroud and the radiator core to a standing position. 3. Install two nuts, washers and bolts (9) in two brackets (10) in order to mount the top of the radiator core to the shroud. The bolts are installed through the front of the radiator. 4. Install two bolts (6) and the washers in the radiator that secure the bottom of the radiator core to the shroud. 5. Position upper plate (7), the plate and the baffle that mounts behind upper plate (7) to the radiator shroud.6. Install bolts (8) and washers to upper plate (7) that secure the upper plate and the plate behind the upper plate to the radiator shroud. 7. Position air conditioner condenser (5) to the radiator assembly.8. Install bolts (4) that secure the air conditioner condenser to the radiator assembly.9. Install bolts (6) and the washers to the radiator. 10. Position plate assembly (3) to the bottom inside of the radiator shroud. Position lower plate (2) to the radiator shroud.11. Install bolts (1) in lower plate (2) that secure the lower plate to the radiator shroud and to plate assembly (3).End By:a. install radiator
