Monitor PanelThis Service mode is used in order to check the ON/OFF inputs of the controller from various switches and sending units of the machine.
Enter service code 16. The character display will display the port number first. Then, the display will show the condition of the port.
The fine control mode switch (25) is pressed in order to shift the position of the character display that is blinking to the third character position from the right. The boom priority mode switch (23) or the swing priority mode switch (24) is pressed in order to change the port number that is blinking.
The following items are examples of character display messages:1611 - This message indicates port No. 1 and the engine speed dial is at position 1.162 on - This message indicates port No. 2 and the implement pressure switch is ON.162 oF - This message indicates port No. 2 and the implement pressure switch is OFF. In this position, the status of 20 different pressure switches or indicators can be checked.In order to scroll through the remaining switches and indicators, you should push the boom priority switch (23). This action will allow you to proceed through the numbers. You may also push the swing priority switch (24) to reverse through the numbers. The two center characters indicate the switch or the indicator. The two right characters indicate the status of the switch or the indicator. The right characters will display "On", if a switch or an indicator is activated. The right characters will display "oF", if the switch is not activated. The following chart is a list of the different pressure switches and sending units.

Enter service code 17. The character display shows a code of each software first. Then, the software version is shown.
The fine control mode switch (25) is pressed in order to shift the character position of the character display that is blinking to the fourth position from the right.
The boom priority mode switch (23) or the swing priority mode switch (24) is pressed in order to change a code of software that is flashing.
When the boom priority mode switch (23) is depressed, the code will change from "A" to "b".
When the swing priority mode switch (24) is depressed, the code will change from "b" to "A". "17 A0 0H"A00 - This message indicates the software version of the monitor.H - This message indicates the hydraulic control levers. "17 b0 70"b070 - This message indicates the software version of the controller.Power Shift Pressure
This function will display the present power shift pressure of the machine. The power shift pressure cannot be changed in this mode.Enter service code 20. The character display displays the power shift pressure in the remaining four characters in the unit of kPa. Higher Value For The Delivery Of The Main Pumps
Enter service code 21. The four numbers are displayed. These numbers are multiplied by 10 and the numbers represent the current pressure of the system in kPa. The controller uses the pressure sender to read this pressure for the automatic travel speed control.The system pressures cannot be changed in this mode. This mode is used to check the current pressure of the main hydraulic system. The pressures from the attachments pumps cannot be checked by using this mode.
