Information:

START BY:a) remove hoodb) remove crankcase guard (front section)**This Operation Is In The Power Train, Disassembly And Assembly Section.1. Drain coolant from the cooling system. 2. Remove engine side guard (1). 3. Loosen clamp (3). Remove the bolts that hold elbow (2) to the radiator. Remove elbow (2) and hose (4) as a unit.4. Remove the bolts that hold fan guard (5) to the radiator and lower fan guards. Remove the guard. 5. Remove the six bolts that hold fan (6) to the fan drive and put the fan against the radiator core.
Do not cause damage to the radiator core when the fan is put against it.
6. Remove bolts (8) and remove guard (7) with a hoist. The weight of the guard is 95 lb. (43 kg).
Earlier Model Shown7. Remove plate assembly (9) from the bottom of the radiator guard on some earlier models only. 8. Loosen bolt (11) and remove hoses (10) from clamp (12). Move hoses away from the radiator guard.
Earlier Model Shown9. Disconnect oil lines (14) from valve (13) on earlier models with power shift only. 10. Loosen clamp (15). Remove the bolts that hold elbow (16) to the radiator. Remove the elbow. 11. Disconnect horn wire (17) at the radiator guard. 12. Install tooling (A) in the two top holes of the radiator guard. Fasten a hoist to the radiator as shown.13. Remove twelve bolts (18) and remove radiator and radiator guard (19). The weight of the radiator and radiator guard is 990 lb. (449 kg).Install Radiator And Radiator Guard
1. Install tooling (A) in the two top holes in the radiator guard. Fasten a hoist to the radiator guard as shown and put radiator and radiator guard (1) in position. Install the twelve bolts that hold the radiator and radiator guard to the frame. 2. Connect horn wire (2). 3. Put the gasket and elbow (4) in position on the radiator and install the four bolts that hold it. Tighten clamp (3).
Earlier Model Shown4. Make sure the O-ring seals are in place and connect oil lines (6) to valve (5) on earlier model power shifts only. 5. Put hoses (7) in position in clamp (8) and tighten bolt (9).
Earlier Model Shown6. Install plate assembly (10) on the bottom of the radiator guard on some earlier models only. 7. Use a hoist and put guard (11) in position on the radiator guard. Install six bolts (12) that hold the guard in place. 8. Put fan (13) in position on the fan drive and install the six bolts that hold it. 9. Put fan guard (18) in position on the radiator and install the bolts that hold it to the radiator and the lower fan guards.10. Put the gasket and elbow (14) and hose (17) in position on the radiator and tube (16).11. Install the two bolts that hold the elbow to the radiator. Tighten clamp (15). 12. Install engine side guards (19).13. Fill the cooling system with coolant to the correct level.
