Information:

2. Disconnect and put plugs in six hose assemblies (1). Disconnect wire (2) from the torque converter. 3. Disconnect two hose assemblies (3) from the union on top of the torque converter.4. Disconnect two hose assemblies (5) from air compressor (4). 5. Disconnect hose (6), and remove hose (8) from the vehicle. Remove two clips (7) from the bottom of the oil pan. 6. Remove hoses (9) and (10) from the oil cooler elbow. 7. Remove two fuel lines (11). 8. Remove two cables (12) from the electric starting motor. Remove one wire (13) from the switch assembly. 9. Disconnect terminal assembly (14) from the air conditioner compressor. Remove clip (15). 10. Disconnect hose (16) from the governor control valve. Remove tachometer drive cable (17) from vehicle. 11. Disconnect wire harness (18) from the right side of the cab. Disconnect two clips (19). 12. Remove nuts and bolts (21). Remove pipe (20) from the vehicle. 13. Remove wire harness (22) from the magnetic switch. Remove the plastic strap. 14. Remove clip (23) from the battery cable. 15. Remove two bolts (24) and cap (25) from the right rear side of the engine. 16. Remove two bolts (26) and cap (27) from the left rear side of the engine. 17. Fasten tooling (A) and a hoist to the engine. Remove two bolts (28) from each end of the support assembly.18. Remove four bolts (29) that fasten the engine front support to support assembly (30). 19. Lift the engine high enough to remove the support assembly. Remove support assembly (30). 20. Remove the engine from the vehicle. Weight of the engine is 2143 kg (4725 lb.).Install Engine
1. Install tooling (A) and hoist on the engine. Lower the engine in the vehicle. 2. Install support assembly (2) in position. Install four bolts in position (3) and two bolts in position (1) on each end of the support assembly. Tighten all bolts to a torque of 320 15 lb.ft. (435 20 N m). 3. Install cap (5) and bolts (4) to the right rear side of the engine. Tighten bolts to a torque of 435 20 N m (320 15 lb.ft.). 4. Install cap (6) and bolts (7) to the left rear side of the engine. Tighten bolts to a torque of 435 20 N m (320 15 lb.ft.). 5. Install two hoses (9) to the ari compressor. Install two hoses (8) to the union on top of the torque converter. 6. Install six hoses (10) and one wire (11) to the torque converter. 7. Install two hose clips (12) to the bottom of the oil pan.8. Install hoses (13) and (14) to the elbow. 9. Install hoses (15) and (16) to the oil cooler elbow. 10. Install two fuel lines (17). 11. Connect wiring harness (18) to the right side of the cab. Install the two clips to the right side of the cab. 12. Install two cables (19) to the electric starting motor. Install one cable (20) to the switch assembly. 13. Install plastic strap (21). Install wiring harness (22) to the magnetic switch. 14. Install clip (24) and electrical connectors (23) to the air conditioner compressor. 15. Install hose (25) to the governor control valve.16. Install cable assembly (26) to the tachometer. 17. Install gasket and pipe (27) on the turbocharger elbow. 18. Install battery cable (28) and the two clips in position.19. Fill the hydraulic tank with oil.
