This Program must be administered either before or after failure.In either case the decision whether to apply the Program is made by the dealer. When reporting the repair, use "PS44719" as the Part Numberand "7755" as the Group Number. If administered before failure, use "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and "T" as the SIMS Description code.If administered after failure, use "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.

PROBLEM
The 269-8325 Engine Oil Filter used on certain 924K, 930K, AND 938K Wheel Loaders have a rubber anti-drain valve (ADV). Some pieces of the ADV may break off and enter the lube-oil system. These pieces may get lodged in the piston's cooling jet spray nozzle.

At the earliest opportunity, if the existing engine oil filter on the machine is not a 462-1171 Engine Oil Filter, then remove the filter and replace it with a 462-1171 Engine Oil Filter.
