Information:

1. Drain the coolant from the radiator. 2. Fasten a strap and hoist to grille (1) as shown.3. Remove the bolts and grille (1) from the radiator guard. The weight of the grille is approximately 25 Kg (55 lb.). 4. Put tool (A) in position under guard (2) as shown.5. Remove the bolts and guard (2) from the machine. The weight of the guard is approximately 32 Kg (70 lb.). 6. Remove the bolts and plate (3) from the radiator guard. 7. Remove the bolts and disconnect tube assembly (4) from the hydraulic oil cooler. 8. Remove tube nuts, the screw and side panel (5) from the radiator guard. 9. Remove the bolts and plate (6) from the radiator guard. 10. Remove the bolts and disconnect tube assembly (7) from the hydraulic oil cooler. There will be some oil loss when tube assembly (7) is disconnected. 11. Loosen hose clamps (8) and remove tube assemblies (4) and (7) from the machine.12. Put caps or plugs in the ends of the hoses to prevent oil loss. 13. Remove the bolts and disconnect elbow (9) from the top of the radiator assembly. 14. Remove the bolts and disconnect elbow (10) from the bottom of the radiator assembly. 15. Remove the bolts and panel (11) from the radiator guard. 16. Loosen the bolts and nuts (12) and slide panel (13) away from the radiator assembly. 17. Install a 5/8"-11 NC forged eyebolt (15) and a hoist on radiator assembly (16) as shown.18. Remove bolts (14) from the four corners of the radiator guard.19. Make sure strips (17) both top and bottom are pulled away from radiator assembly (16).20. Remove radiator assembly (16) from the machine. The weight of the radiator assembly is approximately 197 Kg (435 lb.). 21. Put the radiator assembly on blocks as shown.22. Remove the bolts and guard (18) from the radiator assembly.23. Remove bolts (21) and the bracket from the radiator assembly.24. Remove bolt (19) and hydraulic oil cooler (20) from the radiator assembly. The weight of the hydraulic oil cooler is approximately 23 Kg (50 lb.).Install Radiator And Hydraulic Oil Cooler (Earlier)
1. Put hydraulic oil cooler (20) in position on the radiator assembly and install bolt (19) and the bracket that hold it. Install bolts (21).2. Install guard (18) on the radiator assembly as shown. 3. Install 5/8"-11 NC forged eyebolt (15) and a hoist on radiator assembly (16) as shown.4. Put radiator assembly (16) in position in the radiator guard and install bolts (14) in the four corners to hold it in place. 5. Move panel (13) against the radiator assembly and tighten the bolts and nuts (12). 6. Install panel (11) on the radiator guard. 7. Make sure the gasket is in position and connect elbow (10) to the bottom of the radiator. 8. Make sure the gasket is in position and connect elbow (9) to the radiator. 9. Install tube assemblies (4) and (7) in the hoses and tighten clamps (8). 10. Put the O-ring seal in position on tube assembly (7) and connect it to the hydraulic oil cooler. 11. Install plate (6) on the radiator guard. 12. Install side panel (5) on the radiator guard as shown. 13. Put the O-ring seal in position on tube assembly (4) and connect it on the hydraulic oil cooler. 14. Install plate (3) on the radiator guard. 15. Use tool (A) and install guard (2) to the bottom of the machine. 16. Fasten a strap and hoist to grille (1) and install it on the radiator guard as shown.17. Fill the radiator with coolant to the correct level. See the Maintenance Guide.
