From the home screen, press the "LIST" button (button 2).
Use the LEFT and RIGHT arrow buttons (buttons 3 and 4) to scroll through the menu until "Display Settings" is highlighted.
Press the "ENTER" button (button 5) to enter the "Display Settings" menu.Brightness
There are two ways to adjust the brightness of the screen on the MECP I.
Use the brightness control buttons from any screen
Use the brightness control menu

Use the display controls from any screen:
The brightness can be adjusted at anytime and on any screen by pressing the up and down buttons (button 1).
The first press of button 1 will activate the brightness control.
Each additional press of button 1 will Increase or decrease the brightness by 5%.Note: Any changes to brightness made using button 1 will not be saved if the MECP I panel is turned OFF.

From the main menu screen, use button 3 and button 4 to scroll through the menu until "Display Settings" is highlighted. Refer to Illustration 3.
Press button 5 to enter the "Display Settings" menu.
From the display settings screen, use button 3 and button 4 to scroll through the menu until "Brightness" is highlighted.
Press button 5.
To adjust brightness, use button 3 and button 4.
Each press of either button 3 or button 4 arrow button will increase or decrease the brightness by 5%.
Once the desired brightness is reached, press button 5 to return to the main menu screen.Note: Changes made using the display menu method will be saved if the MECP I panel is turned OFF.Contrast
There are two ways to adjust the contrast of the screen on the MECP I.
