Start By:a. remove hoodb. remove radiator guardc. remove bottom guards 1. Disconnect wire harness (1) and wire (2). 2. Turn the valves to the off position and disconnect two lines (3).3. Disconnect line (4) at the top of the bracket. 4. Remove two bolts and washers (5) holding the bracket to the frame. 5. Remove two bolts and washers (6) holding the bracket to the frame. Position lines (7) out of the way. 6. Remove the bolt and washer holding clip (8) to the elbow. 7. Loosen hose clamps (9), (10) and (11). 8. Disconnect line (12). Disconnect line (13) on each end of the transmission oil cooler. 9. Secure the transmission oil cooler to a transmission jack as shown. 10. Remove two mounting bolts and washers (14) on each side. Remove the transmission oil cooler and bonnets as a unit. Weight is 81 kg (180 lb) 11. Loosen clamp (15) and remove breather hose (16). 12. Remove all wires (17) connected to the starter. 13. Disconnect ether starting aid line (18). 14. Attach a lifting strap as shown.15. Remove four nuts, washers and bolts (20) and remove the bracket, elbow (19) and air cleaner assembly (21) as a unit. 16. Remove four bolts and washers (22) and cover assembly (23). 17. Attach a lifting strap to plate assembly (25).18. Remove tie wrap (26) and disconnect wire harness (24).19. Remove bolts and washers (27) holding plate assembly (25) to the frame. Remove the plate Assembly. Weight is 53 kg (118 lb) 20. Remove the bolt and washer holding clip (29) to the engine.21. Disconnect line (28). 22. Disconnect and remove sensor (30) from the housing. 23. Remove four nuts, bolts and washers (31) and outer half of heat shield (32). 24. Drain torque converter and disconnect line (33). 25. Remove three bolts and washers (34) and bottom half of drive shaft guard (35).26. Remove the three bolts and washers and the top half of the drive shaft guard. 27. Remove four bolts (36) and four bolts (38) and remove drive shaft (37). 28. Remove two bolts and washers (39) from bracket (40) and (41). 29. Disconnect wire harness (43). Disconnect hose assembly (44) and secure out of the way. Remove three bolts and washers (42) and secure the torque converter outlet relief valve out of the way. 30. Remove bolts and washers (45) and shield (46). 31. Disconnect throttle linkage (48).32. Disconnect three fuel lines (47). Install plugs in the lines. 33. Remove two bolts and washers (50) and top cover (49).34. Disconnect hose assemblies (51) and (52). 35. Remove three bolts and washers (53) on each end and remove shaft (54).36. Remove bottom shield (55) with the mounting brackets attached. For differential steering tractors, instead of removing shaft (54) you need to remove the steering pump. See remove and install steering pump in the Machine Systems Manual SENR5391. 37. Disconnect hose assembly (60), attached to the implement pump below valve (58).38. Remove four allen bolts and valve (58).39. Disconnect hose assembly (56) and position out of the way.40. Remove four bolts and washers (57) and secure manifold and hose assembly (59) out of the way. 41. Attach Tooling (A) and Tooling (B) to the engine as shown. 42. Remove two bolts and washers (61) from the engine mounting bracket on each side. 43. Remove two bolts and washers (63) and cap (62) from each side. 44. Raise the engine slightly to test for angle and level. Adjust the load leveler and Tool (C) until the engine is level and at the proper angle. Remove the engine. The weight of the engine and torque divider is 2724 kg (6000 lb). The following steps are for the installation of the engine and torque divider. 45. Install two bolts and washers (61) on the engine mounting bracket on each side. 48. Attach Tooling (A) and Tooling (B) to the engine as shown. 49. Install four bolts and washers (57) and secure manifold and hose assembly (59).50. Connect hose assembly (56).51. Install four allen bolts and valve (58).52. Connect hose assembly (60), attached to the implement pump below valve (58). 53. Install bottom shield (55) with the mounting brackets attached.54. Install three bolts and washers (53) on each end and install shaft (54). 55. Connect hose assemblies (51) and (52).56. Install two bolts and washers (50) and top cover (49). 57. Connect three fuel lines (47). Remove the plugs in the lines.58. Connect throttle linkage (48). 59. Install bolts and washers (45) and shield (46). 60. Connect wire harness (43). Connect hose assembly (44). Install three bolts and washers (42) and secure the torque converter outlet relief valve. 61. Install two bolts and washers (39) on bracket (40) and (41). 62. Install four bolts (36) and four bolts (38) and install drive shaft (37). Tighten bolts (36) and (38) to the torque of 135 20 N m (100 15 lb ft). 63. Install the three bolts and washers and the top half of the drive shaft guard.64. Install three bolts and washers (34) and bottom half of drive shaft guard (35). 65. Connect line (33). 66. Install four nuts, bolts and washers (31) and outer half of heat shield (32). 67. Connect and install sensor (30) in the housing. 68. Connect line (28).69. Install the bolt and washer holding clip (29) to the engine. 70. Install bolts and washers (27) holding plate assembly (25) to the frame. In
