START BY:a) remove radiator This disassembly operation is a typical example taken from a similar tractor. The steps and illustrations shown are not in direct relation to the D6D Tractor but are similar. The number of cores used for each radiator of the different models of the D6D Tractor are as follows: the direct drive uses 4 cores, the powershift uses 8 cores and the special application uses 6 cores.
Typical Example1. Remove baffles (1) and (2).
Typical Example2. Remove supports (4) and (5).3. Remove eight bolts (6) that hold the channels to the top tank. Remove top tank (3) and the seals.
Typical Example4. Remove bolt (8) from each side that holds the bracket for the outside cores in place.5. Remove straps (9) that hold cores (7) together.6. Remove cores (7) from the bottom tank. 7. Remove seals (10) from bottom tank (11).
Typical Example8. Remove eight bolts (14) and remove channels (12) and (13) from bottom tank (11).
Typical Example9. Inspect seal strips (15) in the channels. If necessary remove the bracket that holds the seal strip in place and remove seal strip (15) from each channel.Assemble Radiator
