Cut cable strap (8) from harness assembly (9).
Slide the locking tab to the unlocked position, disconnect harness assembly (9) from differential pressure sensor (2).
Use suitable tooling to compress hose clamp (4) and hose clamp (6). Position the hose clamps away from differential pressure sensor (2).
Remove bolts (3) from differential pressure sensor (2).
Disconnect differential pressure sensor (2) from tube assembly (7) and tube assembly (5).
Remove the differential pressure sensor from bracket (1).

If necessary, follow Step 8a through Step 8b to remove tube assembly (14).
Remove bolts (10) from clips (11).
Disconnect tube nut (12) and remove hose assembly (7) from Diesel Oxidation Catalyst (DOC) and Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) canister assembly (13).
If necessary, follow Step 9a through Step 9f to disassemble hose assembly (14).
If necessary, make temporary marks on tube assembly (14).
Use suitable tooling to compress hose clamp (15). Position the hose clamp away from tube assembly (14).
Remove the tube assembly (14) from hose assembly (7).
Use suitable tooling to compress hose clamp (16) and position the hose clamp away from tube assembly (14). Remove the tube assembly (14) from hose assembly (17).
Use suitable tooling to compress hose clamp (18), Position the hose clamp (18) away from tube assembly (19).
Remove the tube assembly (19) from hose assembly (17).

If necessary, follow Step 10a through Step 10b to remove hose assembly (5).
Remove bolt (24) and bolt (21) from clip (20) and clip (23).
Disconnect tube nut (22) and remove hose assembly (5).

Make temporary marks on tube assembly (26), hose assembly (5), tube assembly (30), and hose assembly (28) for installation purposes.
Use suitable tooling to compress hose clamp (25). Place the hose clamp away from tube assembly (26).
Remove the tube assembly (26) from hose assembly (5).
Use suitable tooling to compress hose clamp (27) and position the hose clamp away from the tube assembly (26).
Remove tube assembly (26) from hose assembly (28).
Use suitable tooling to compress hose clamp (29) and position the hose clamp away from the hose assembly (26).
Remove tube assembly (30) from hose assembly (28).Installation Procedure
Ensure that all components are clean and free from wear damage and restriction. If necessary, replace any components that are worn, damaged, or not free from restriction.

If necessary, follow Step 2a through Step 2i to assemble tube assembly (26).
If necessary use suitable tooling to compress hose clamp (4). Install the hose clamp onto hose assembly (5). Ensure that the hose clamp is correctly orientated.
Position hose clamp (25) onto tube assembly (5).
Install tube assembly (26) to tube assembly (5). Align the tube assembly with temporary marks.
Install hose clamp (4) to tube assembly (5).
Use suitable tooling to compress hose clamp (25) and position the hose clamp onto hose assembly (5). Ensure that the hose clamp is correctly orientated.
Install hose clamp (27) onto tube assembly (26). Install hose assembly (28) onto tube assembly and align the hose assembly with temporary marks.
Use suitable tooling to compress hose clamp (27) and position the hose clamp onto hose assembly (28). Ensure that the hose clamp is correctly orientated.
Install hose clamp (29) onto tube assembly (28). Install the tube assembly (30) into hose assembly (28) and align the hose assembly with temporary marks.
Use suitable tooling to compress hose clamp (29) and position the hose clamp onto hose assembly (28). Ensure that the hose clamp is correctly orientated.

If necessary, follow Step 3a through Step 3d to install hose assembly (26).
Install the tube assembly (26) and loosely connect tube nut (22).
Install bolt (21) and bolt (24) to clip (20) and clip (23).
Tighten bolt (21) and bolt (24) to a torque 12 N m (106 lb in).
Tighten tube nut (22) to a torque of 30 N m (266 lb in). Ensure that the tube assembly is not strained as the tube nut is tightened.

If necessary, follow Step 4a through Step 4g to assemble tube assembly (14).
Install clip (11) to tube assembly (14). Ensure that the clips are correctly orientated.
Install hose clamp (18) onto tube assembly (19). Install the tube assembly into hose assembly (17). Use suitable tooling to compress the hose clamp and position the hose clamp onto the hose assembly. Ensure that the hose clamp is correctly orientated onto the hose assembly.
