Information:


Always wear goggles when working on air conditioning systems. The system is under pressure at all times, engine running or not. Escaping Freon-12 (C C12 F2 Dichloro Difluoro Methane) can cause freezing of human flesh.Do not smoke while working on air conditioning. Inhaling Freon-12 through any smoking material, although not toxic or flammable, can cause violent illness. Also heat must never be applied to a charged system. See Air Conditioning And Heating Service Manual Form No. SENR3334-01, for more information on removal and installation of lines and refrigerant from the system.
Evacuate the system, See Air Conditioning And Heating Service Manual Form No. SENR3334-01.
At operating temperature, the engine coolant is hot and under pressure. Steam can cause personal injury. Check the coolant level only after the engine has been stopped and the fill cap is cool enough to touch with your bare hand. Remove the fill cap from the radiator slowly to relieve pressure. Cooling system conditioner alkali. Avoid contact with the skin and eyes to prevent personal injury.
1. Release the pressure in the cooling system. Drain the coolant from the radiator.
At operating temperature, the hydraulic tank is hot and under pressure. Hot oil can cause burns. Remove fill plug only when the engine is stopped, and the fill plug is cool enough to touch with your bare hand.
2. Release the pressure from the hydraulic tank by slowly loosening the pressure cap located on the side of the hydraulic tank. 3. Remove two bolts and remove step plate (1).4. Remove rubber mat (2). 5. Remove bolts and remove floor plate (3). 6. Disconnect electric connector (4). 7. Remove bolts and remove left side step assembly (5).8. Remove bolts and remove left side rear cab panel (6).9. Remove bolts and remove left side front cab panel (7). 10. Remove bolt and remove right side step assembly (7).11. Remove bolts and remove right side rear cab panel (8).12. Remove bolts and remove right side front cab panel (9). 13. Evacuate air condition system.14. Disconnect air condition tube fitting (10) and remove rubber grommet on tube (10).15. Repeat for tube (11).16. Remove bolts and remove plate (12). 17. Disconnect wire harness (13).18. Disconnect sure seal connector (14). 19. Disconnect ground cable (15). 20. Remove circlip (16) from cable housing (from under machine).21. Disconnect cable end (17).22. Remove all cable supports from cable. 23. Disconnect two steering cylinder hoses (18) from the hand metering unit. 24. Disconnect wiring harness (19) (located right front of cab). 25. Disconnect steering hose (20).26. Remove pin and disconnect governor control rod (21).27. Disconnect two brake hoses (22). 28. Disconnect two heater hoses (23).29. Disconnect two heater hoses (24) from cab. 30. Remove bolts and hydraulic valve panel (25). 31. Disconnect sure seal electric connector (26).32. Drain brake oil reservoir (27) and remove the reservoir from the holder. This photo was on the 910F without the electric control button for downshifting the transmission.33. Remove two bolts and remove hydraulic control lever handle (28). This photo was on the IT12F with the electric control button for downshifting the transmission.34. Remove two bolts and lever (28) and disconnect electric connector (29).35. Remove two bolts and lever (30). 36. Remove frame support (31).37. Disconnect electric connectors (32).38. Remove plastic wire supports on wire (33). 39. Attach lifting straps and chain as shown to cab. 40. Remove bolts and remove corner panel (34) both sides. 41. Remove cab mounting bolts (35) both sides. 42. Remove two bolts (36), mounting bolts (37) and plate (38) from both sides and remove cab. Weight of cab 695 kg (1530 lb). When removing cab make sure cables, wires and hoses do not do not hang up when removing. For installation reverse the order.43. Fill the hydraulic tank with oil and the cooling system with coolant to the correct levels. See the Operation & Maintenance Manual for the correct filling procedures. For charging the air conditioning system refer to Form No. SENR3334-01.
