Introduction
This Special Instruction provides the procedure in order to install the engine oil metering groups for the above 797F Off-Highway Truck. Refer to Table 1 for the 291-3879 Engine Oil Metering Gp part numbers.Refer to Table 2 for the 292-5249 Engine Oil Metering Gp part numbers.Parts Needed

Install one O-ring (5) into elbow (4) .
Install elbow (4) and one O-ring (6) into metering valve group (1) .
Attach reducer assembly (2) to elbow (4) with one nut (3) .

Attach metering valve group (1) to bracket assembly (8) with one clip (9), two bolts (10), four washers (11), and two nuts (12). Refer to Illustration 2 for the correct location of clip (9) .
Secure the wiring of metering valve group (1) to clip (9) with one cable strap (7) .

Attach tube assembly (13) to the metering valve group (1) and reducer assembly (2) .
