Introduction
Certain C18 Marine engines equipped with 153-9086 Hose As , 197-9441 Hose As or 193-0158 Hose As may have fuel line routing that could lead to rubbing and/or chaffing that could result in the hose leaking.Important Safety Information

The 153-9086 Hose As is used on all filter arrangements.
The 153-9086 Hose As is replaced by 423-8579 Hose As .
Remove the existing 153-9086 Hose As and elbow from the rear of the cylinder head.
Install the 214-7568 O-Ring Seal and 228-7089 O-Ring Seal on to the 6V-8636 Connector . Install the 228-7089 O-Ring Seal to the 6V-9850 Elbow .
