Operation
The service codes for the hydraulic hammer are in the following list: 86, 87, 88 and 8A. The service codes are used in order to adjust the main hydraulic pump flow. The flow is adjusted in order to correspond with the flow that is required for a hydraulic hammer. Three different parameters can be set and stored into the memory of the controller. The parameters are in the following list:
Number of Main Hydraulic Pumps
Circuit Pressure of the Hydraulic Hammer
Pump Flow that is RequiredUse the following procedure in order to enter the hammer mode.
Depress user mode button (5) .
Select the "U2" mode.When the hammer circuit attachment is activated, the controller regulates the power shift pressure. The power shift pressure is regulated in order to regulate the main pump(s). This ensures that the flow requirements and/or the pressure requirements for the hammer or for other attachments are not exceeded.The parameters that are set in the user mode will only affect the operation of the main pump, when the hammer pedal is activated individually.
