Install gasket (80) and flange assembly (79). Hand tighten bolts (78).
Tighten bolts (78) in the sequence shown in Illustration 2 to a torque of 5 1 N m (44 9 lb in).
Install the O-ring seal and connector (77).
Install the O-ring seal and adapter (76).

Install gasket (75), level sender assembly (74), and screws (73).
Install the O-ring seal and plug (72).
Tighten plug (72) to a torque of 11 3 N m (97 26 lb in).

Install the O-ring seals and heater groups (71).
Tighten the heater groups to a torque of 11 3 N m (97 26 lb in).
Install the O-ring seal and adapter (68).
Tighten the adapter to a torque of 11 3 N m (97 26 lb in).
Install plug (67), plug (69), plug (70), and the O-ring seals.
Tighten plug (67), plug (69), and plug (70) to a torque of 11 3 N m (97 26 lb in).

Install tank assembly (65) and strap assemblies (64) using the steps listed below.
Back off the strap nuts to provide thread clearance.
Tighten the strap bolt on one end of the strap to a torque of 11 1 N m (97 8 lb in).
Tighten the strap bolt on the other end of the strap to a torque of 11 1 N m (97 8 lb in).
Tighten the strap nuts on both ends to a torque of 11 1 N m (97 8 lb in).
Connect the heater groups and install cable straps (63).

Install the O-ring seal and regulator (61).
Tighten the regulator to a torque of 140 14 N m (103 10 lb ft).
Refer to Systems Operation, Testing and Adjusting, "Air Pressure Regulator - test and adjust".
Install the O-ring seal and solenoid valve group (62).
Tighten solenoid valve group (62) to a torque of 105.75 10 N m (78 7 lb ft).
Tighten the nut of solenoid valve group (62) to a torque of 20 2.5 N m (177 22 lb in).
Install plug (60).
Tighten the plug to a torque of 3 1 N m (27 8 lb in).
Install the O-ring seal and pressure sensor assembly (59).
Tighten the pressure sensor to a torque of 16 3 N m (142 26 lb in).
Install the O-ring seal and adapter assembly (58).

Install manifold group (57) and bolts (56).
Install lines group (22) and bolt (55).
