Heat should never be applied to a charged system.Contact with refrigerant can cause frost bite. Keep face and hands away to help prevent injury.Protective goggles must always be worn when refrigerant lines are opened, even if the gauges indicate the system is empty of refrigerant.Always use caution when a fitting is removed. Slowly loosen the fitting. If the system is still under pressure, evacuate the system recovering the refrigerant before removing the fitting.Personal injury or death can result from inhaling refrigerant through a lit cigarette.Inhaling air conditioner refrigerant gas through a lit cigarette or other smoking method or inhaling fumes released from a flame contacting air conditioner refrigerant gas, can cause bodily harm or death.Do not smoke when servicing air conditioners or wherever refrigerant gas may be present.Before any checks of the air conditioning and heating system are made, move the machine to a smooth horizontal surface. Lower all implements to the ground. Make sure the transmission is in neutral or park and that the parking brake is engaged. Keep all other personnel away from the machine or where they can be seen.

Attach Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device to engine, torque converter, and updrive gears (78) . The weight of engine, torque converter, and updrive gears (78) is approximately 1875 kg (4135 lb).
Install lower rubber mounts (83) and (84) on both sides of the rear frame.
Install engine, torque converter, and updrive gears (78) .
Apply Tooling (E) to the threads of the bolts (two each side) prior to assembly.
Install bolt (81) , the nut, the washer, and upper rubber mount (82) .
Repeat Step 5 for the mount on the other side.
Install bolt (80) , the nut, the washer, and upper rubber mount (79) .
Repeat Step 7 for the mount on the other side.

Install elbow (77) and four bolts (76) .

Connect wiring harness (71) to the electrical connector.
Connect cable (72) .
Install clip (73) and the bolt.
Install bolt (74) and the spacer (not shown).
Install bolt (75) , the nut, the washer, and the clip to the heater hose.

Connect hose (70) to the tap and tighten the hose clamp.

Connect hose (68) to the tap and tighten the clamp.
Install tube assembly (69) . Tighten the clamps.

Attach a suitable lifting device to fan assembly (66) . The weight of fan assembly (66) is approximately 39 kg (86 lb).
Install fan assembl
