Install the wheel chocks. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Wheel Chock (Front and Rear) - Remove and Install".
Connect the frame lock link. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Frame Lock Link - Separate and Connect".Note: Install caps and plugs on all openings in order to prevent dirt or debris from entering the system. Cleanliness is an important factor. Before the removal procedure, the exterior of the component should be thoroughly cleaned. This will help to prevent dirt from entering the internal components.Note: The following procedure outlines the removal of two sections of the exhaust manifolds. The same procedure can also be used for the removal of the remaining sections of the exhaust manifolds.
Hot engine components can cause injury from burns. Before performing maintenance on the engine, allow the engine and the components to cool.
