Introduction
An improvement has been made to the electrical system and the wiring harness on scraper engines.Do not perform any procedure until you read the information and you understand the information. Use only proper tools and observe all precautions that pertain to the use of those tools. Failure to follow these procedures can result in personal injury. The following procedures should also be observed. This procedure requires adding: a new panel assembly and cover but using the existing support blocks, a new film describes what is in the breaker box, a new 60 amp breaker replaces the 50 amp breaker that was provided when the scraper alternator was updated and and a new harness routing with improved clipping for better harness retentionProcedure to Replace the Wiring Harness
