Disconnect harness connector (6) from the differential pressure sensor (5).

Use suitable tooling to compress hose clamp (7) and hose clamp (9). Position the hose clamps away from differential pressure sensor (5).
Remove bolts (8) from differential pressure sensor (5).Note: Note the differential pressure sensor orientation for installation purposes.
Disconnect differential pressure sensor (5) from hose (14) and hose (15).
Remove differential pressure sensor (5) from bracket (10).
Loosen, tube nut (12) and remove tube assembly (13) from Diesel Oxidation Catalyst (DOC) and Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) canister assembly (11).

If necessary, follow Step 9a through Step 9d to disassemble tube assembly (13).
Make temporary marks on the tube assembly for installation purposes.
Using a suitable tool compress hose clamp (16), position the hose clamp away from tube assembly (13).
Remove hose (14) from tube assembly (13).
Remove hose clamp (9) and hose clamp (16) from hose (14).

Loosen, tube nut (18) and remove tube assembly (17) from Diesel Oxidation Catalyst (DOC) and Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) canister assembly (11).

If necessary, follow Step 11a through Step 11d to disassemble tube assembly (17).
Make temporary marks on tube assembly (17) for installation purposes.
Using a suitable tool compress hose clamp (19), position the hose clamp away from tube assembly (17).
Remove hose (15) from tube assembly (17).
Remove hose clamp (7) and hose clamp (19) from hose (15).
If necessary, remove the Selective Catalyst Reduction (SCR) canister. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly , "Clean Emissions Module - Remove and Install" for the correct procedure.

If necessary, follow Step 13a through Step 13h to remove the differential pressure sensor mounting bracket and brace.
If necessary, make temporary marks on the brace and bracket for installation purposes.
If necessary, remove bolt (21) from brace (22).
If necessary, loosen bolts (23) from brace (22).
If necessary, support brace (22) and remove bolts (23).
If necessary, remove brace (22).
If necessary, loosen bolts (20) from bracket (10).
If necessary, support bracket (10) and remove bolts (20).
If necessary, remove bracket (10).Installation Procedure
Ensure that all components are clean and free from wear damage and restriction. If necessary, replace any components that are worn, damaged, or not free from restriction.

If necessary, follow Step 2a through Step 2f to install the differential pressure sensor mounting bracket and brace.
If necessary, position brace (22) onto clean emissions module mounting bracket in the location noted on removal. Install bolts (23) finger tight.
If necessary, position bracket (10) onto clean emissions module mounting bracket in the location noted on removal. Install bolts (20) finger tight.
If necessary, install bolt (21) to brace (22) in the position noted on removal.
If necessary, tighten bolts (23) to a torque of 22 N m (195 lb in).
If necessary, tighten bolts (20) to a torque of 22 N m (195 lb in).
If necessary, tighten bolt (21) to a torque of 22 N m (195 lb in).
If necessary, install the Selective Catalyst Reduction (SCR) canister. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly , "Clean Emissions Module - Remove and Install" for the correct procedure.

If necessary, follow Step 4a through Step 4d to assemble tube assembly (17).
If necessary use suitable tooling to compress new hose clamp (7). Install the new hose clamp onto hose assembly (15). Ensure that the new hose clamp is correctly orientated.
Position new hose clamp (19) onto tube assembly (17).
Install hose (15) to tube assembly (17). Align the tube assembly and hose with temporary marks.
Use suitable tooling to compress new hose clamp (19) and position the hose clamp onto hose assembly (15). Ensure that the hose clamp is correctly orientated.
