2. Rotate the fasteners to 30 1 degrees.

Use the following procedure to tighten the screw using torque method:
Torque to 10 1 N m (89 9 lb in).
4 1 153-7036 Spool Install the cartridge until fully seated against the shoulder of block.
Install retainer until fully seated against cartridge to eliminate endplay.

8 1 1N-8062 Needle Bearing As Install the bearing so that end with the bearing ident number is oriented as shown in Illustration 2.
Press the bearing into bore of barrel to the depth (D3) of 28.9 0.2 mm (1.4 0.01 inch) as shown in Illustration 2.

Press the retainer into bore of barrel to the depth (D4) of 4 0.2 mm (0.2 0.01 inch) as shown in Illustration 2.
D1 - - Press pin into block to obtain pin protrusion length of 3.7 to 3.9 mm (0.14567 to 0.15354 inch) from block surface as shown in Illustration 1.
