Information:
3. Remove bolt (2) and the washer that hold wire harness (1) and the strap clamp to plate (5). Remove bolt (3) and the washer that hold throttle cable (4) and the strap clamp to plate (5). 4. Turn plate (5) over. Remove bolt (7) and the washer that hold wire harnesses (6) and the strap clamps to plate (5). Remove plate (5) from the machine. 5. Remove nut (9), the washers and the bolt that hold throttle cable (4) to throttle control (12). Loosen nut (10) To free throttle cable (4) from mounting bracket (11). 6. Note the location of two strap clamps (13) and (14), then remove them from throttle cable (4). 7. Pull throttle cable (4) through grommet (15) and remove the cable from the machine. 8. Remove bolt (17), strap clamp (16), then move two hoses (18) out of the way. 9. Put identification marks on hoses (19), (20) and (21) for installation purposes, then disconnect the hoses. 10. Put identification marks on hoses (22) and (23) for installation purposes, then disconnect the hoses. 11. Put identification marks on hose (27) for installation purposes, then disconnect the hose. Remove bolt (24), spacer (28), two brackets (29) and two grommets (28) and move two hoses (25) out of the way. 12. Remove bolt (30), the washer and strap bracket (31) that hold hose (32) to pump (33). 13. Put identification marks on hose (35) for installation purposes, then disconnect the hose from metering unit (34). 14. Move metering unit as far forward to move the hoses out of the way. 15. Remove bolt (35), the washer and strap clamp (36), then let hose (37) lower out of the way. 16. Put identification marks on hose (37) for installation purposes, then disconnect the hose from the oil filter. 17. Remove bolt (38) and the washer that hols block (39) to bracket (40). Move block (39) below bracket (40). 18. Remove two bolts (43) and the washers that hold brackets (40), (41) and (42) to the machine frame. Note the orientation of the brackets to each other for installation purposes. Remove bracket (40) from the machine. The other two brackets will stay hanging in their positions.
View From Left Side And Under The Top Machine Pivot Bearing19. Remove bolt (48), the washers, nut (45) and two strap brackets that hold hoses (44) and (46) to the hose mounting block. Let the hoses and strap brackets lower out of the way. 20. Put identification marks on hoses (50) and (51) for installation purposes, then disconnect the hoses. Loosen band clamp (53) from hose (52).
View From Left Side And Under The Top Machine Pivot Bearing21. Remove two bolts (54), then remove fill pipe (55) and hose (52) from the machine as asingle unit. 22. Put identification marks on hose (56) for installation purposes, then disconnect the hose from the block. 23. Remove two bolts (58) from the back side of housing (59), then lay wiring connection panel (57) on top of the engine.
View From Above And Inside Of Housing (59)24. Remove four bolts (60) and the washers that hold housing (59) to the machine frame. 25. Attach appropriate lifting slings (60) and a hoist to housing (59). Carefully remove housing (59) from the machine frame. The weight of housing (59) is 66 Kg (145 lb). 26. Put identification marks on hoses (62) and (66) for installation purposes. Remove four bolts (61), the washers and blocks (63) that hold hose (62) to the transmission, then disconnect the hose. Remove four bolts (64), the washers and blocks (65) that hold hose (66) to the transmission, then disconnect the hose.
View Of Bottom Of Axle27. Put identification marks on hose (67) for installation purposes, then disconnect the hose from the axle.
View From Below Transmission28. Put identification marks on hoses (68) and (69) for installation purposes, then disconnect the hoses from the transmission. 29. Remove two bolts (71) that hold bracket (70) to the side of the transmission. Move bracket (71) and the hoses out of the way.
View Of Axle From Above And The Right Side30. Put identification marks on hose (72) for installation purposes, then disconnect the hose from the axle. 31. Remove bolt (74) and the washer that hold strap clamp (75) and wire (74) to the engine. 32. Put identification marks on pipe (76) for installation purposes, then disconnect the pipe from the pump.
View Of Hose That Is Connected To Pipe (77)33. Loosen clamp (78) to disconnect hose (79). Remove hose (79) and pipe (77) as one unit. 34. Put identification marks on hoses (80), (81), (82), (83) and (84) for installation purposes, then disconnect the hoses. Move the hoses out of the way. 35. Put identification marks on hoses (85), (86), (87) and (88) for installation purposes, then disconnect the hoses. Move the hoses out of the way. 36. Put identification marks on hose (89) for installation purposes, then disconnect the hose. Move the hose out of the way. 37. Put identification marks on hose (90) for installation purposes, then disconnect the hose. Note the position of this hose for installation purposes, then remove the hose from the machine. 38. Remove bolt (93), the washer, strap clamps (92) and (94) from bracket (70). Move hoses (91), (95) with strap clamps (92) and (94) over the side of the machine frame. 39. Remove bolt (98), the washer, strap clamps (99), (100) and (101) from bracket (70). Move hose (96), (95) with strap clamp (101) over the side of the machine frame. Note the position of hose (96) for installation purposes, then remove it from the machine. Let wire (99) stay in its position.

View From Below Transmission28. Put identification marks on hoses (68) and (69) for installation purposes, then disconnect the hoses from the transmission. 29. Remove two bolts (71) that hold bracket (70) to the side of the transmission. Move bracket (71) and the hoses out of the way.
View Of Axle From Above And The Right Side30. Put identification marks on hose (72) for installation purposes, then disconnect the hose from the axle. 31. Remove bolt (74) and the washer that hold strap clamp (75) and wire (74) to the engine. 32. Put identification marks on pipe (76) for installation purposes, then disconnect the pipe from the pump.
View Of Hose That Is Connected To Pipe (77)33. Loosen clamp (78) to disconnect hose (79). Remove hose (79) and pipe (77) as one unit. 34. Put identification marks on hoses (80), (81), (82), (83) and (84) for installation purposes, then disconnect the hoses. Move the hoses out of the way. 35. Put identification marks on hoses (85), (86), (87) and (88) for installation purposes, then disconnect the hoses. Move the hoses out of the way. 36. Put identification marks on hose (89) for installation purposes, then disconnect the hose. Move the hose out of the way. 37. Put identification marks on hose (90) for installation purposes, then disconnect the hose. Note the position of this hose for installation purposes, then remove the hose from the machine. 38. Remove bolt (93), the washer, strap clamps (92) and (94) from bracket (70). Move hoses (91), (95) with strap clamps (92) and (94) over the side of the machine frame. 39. Remove bolt (98), the washer, strap clamps (99), (100) and (101) from bracket (70). Move hose (96), (95) with strap clamp (101) over the side of the machine frame. Note the position of hose (96) for installation purposes, then remove it from the machine. Let wire (99) stay in its position.
