Problem
The 7C6369 Oil Level Gauge used in certain 3508, 3512, and 3516 Engines equipped with a shallow fabricated oil pan may not be marked correctly. If the gauge is marked incorrectly, the oil level may be too low.

The shallow sump fabricated oil pan is standard on all of the 3500 Family of Engines except for the 3508 Marine Engine (High Performance - 750 HP and up) and all 3512 and 3516 Marine Engines. If in doubt, check the Product Information System. If the engine was sold with an optonal oil pan, and does not qualify for this Program, the optional oil pan will be listed on the Inquiry Serial Number to Prime Mover Screen. The price list numbers for the optional oil pans are PA2966 (3508 Engines), PL3089 & PL3090 (3512 Engines), and PL4093 (3516 Engines).
Parts Needed
Dealers will need to order parts for this Program. 1 - 4P3784 Gauge-Oil Level - Oil necessary to bring the engine oil level to the "Full" mark on the new gauge
