If the Long Block has a suspect pump, then replace the pump. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, UENR0130.
If the Long Block does not have a suspect pump, then mark the packaging as inspected per this program and return to dealer part stock.
Inspect dealer part stock of 20R7002, 20R7003 Reman Engines for the Engine serial numbers listed below. The serial number can be found on the part number tag on the Engine packaging. (Image 2)

SERVICE CLAIM ALLOWANCES
Submit a claim for certain Reman Long Blocks or Reman Engines that needed a fuel pump replacement in dealer parts stock. Include the Reman Long Block and/or Engine serial number that needed a fuel pump replacement in the claim. Include the fuel pump serial number in the claim. Five hours will be allowed to replace the pump. One 5117975 Fuel Pump is allowed.
