Information:
Start By:a. remove hood1. Drain the transmission oil into a suitable container. The capacity of the transmission is approximately 60 liter (15.8 U.S. gal).
View From Under Radiator2. Remove the access panel from under the radiator. Open drain valve (1) and drain the coolant into a suitable container. The capacity of the radiator is approximately 49 liter (13 U.S. gal). 3. Remove two bolts (2), spacer (3) and two gaskets (4) from the bottom of the radiator. 4. Remove six bolts and washers (5). Remove six bolts and spacers (7) and lower bracket assembly (6) from the machine. 5. Disconnect lower transmission oil cooler line (9) from nipple (8) and remove the nipple from the transmission oil cooler. 6. Loosen hose clamps (10) and slide hose (11) off the radiator. Disconnect upper transmission oil cooler line (13) from nipple (12). Remove nipple (12) from the transmission oil cooler. 7. Fasten Tooling (A) to the radiator as shown. Remove four bolts (14) and remove the radiator and transmission oil cooler from the machine. The weight of the radiator and transmission oil cooler is 268 kg (595 lb). The following steps are for the installation of the radiator and transmission oil cooler. 8. Fasten Tooling (A) to the radiator as shown. Put the radiator and transmission oil cooler in position in the radiator guard and install four bolts (14) in the top of the radiator. 9. Install nipple (12) to the transmission oil cooler. Connect upper transmission oil cooler line (13) to nipple (12). Connect hose (11) to the radiator and tighten hose clamps (10). 10. Install nipple (8) to the transmission oil cooler. Connect lower transmission oil cooler line (9) to nipple (8). 11. Position bracket assembly (6) and install bolts and spacers (7) and bolts (5) that hold it. 12. Position gaskets (4) and spacer (3) between the radiator and the bottom radiator tube. Install bolts (2).13. Close drain valve (1).14. Fill the transmission with oil to the correct level.15. Start By:a. remove radiator and transmission oil cooler 1. Remove channel (1). 2. Remove bolts (2), corner bracket (3) and strip (4). 3. Remove two bolts (5) and the threaded strip.4. Remove bolts (7), strip (8) and corner bracket (6). 5. Hold the oil cooler and remove three bolts (9) that hold it to the top tank of the radiator. 6. Slide transmission oil cooler (10) out far enough to install Tool (A) and fasten a hoist. Remove the transmission oil cooler from the radiator assembly. The weight of the transmission oil cooler is 68 kg (150 lb).Connection Of Radiator & Transmission Oil Cooler
1. Fasten Tool (A) and a hoist to transmission oil cooler (1) as shown. Put the transmission oil cooler in position in the radiator assembly. Remove the hoist and Tool (A), and slide the transmission oil cooler the remainder of the way into position.2. Install the three bolts at the top of the oil cooler and the two bolts and strip that hold the bottom of the oil cooler to mount (2). 3. Put corner bracket (3) and strip (4) in position on the bottom of the radiator assembly and install the bolts that hold them in place. 4. Put strip (5) and corner bracket (6) in position on the top of the radiator assembly and install the bolts that hold them in place. 5. Put channel (7) in position on the radiator assembly and install the bolts that hold it in place. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 25 7 N m (18 5 lb ft).End By:a. install radiator and transmission oil cooler
