2. Remove the bolts and drive shaft (2) from the machine. 3. Remove guard (3). 4. Remove pump drive coupling (4). 5. Remove guard (5). 6. Remove plates (6) and (7). 7. Remove plates (8) and (9). 8. Remove the bolts which hold pump drive (10) to the flywheel housing.9. Fasten tool (A) to the transmission pump drive and pull pump drive (10) out of the flywheel housing. The weight of each pump drive is 29 kg (65 lb.).10. Remove plate (11).11. Remove the bolts which hold implement pump drive (12) to the flywheel housing. 12. Fasten tool (A) to the pump drive and pull pump drive (12) out of the flywheel housing. The weight of each pump drive is 29 kg (65 lb.).Install Pump Drives
1. Make sure the O-ring seal is installed around each pump drive. Put clean engine oil on the pump drives.2. Fasten tool (A) to pump drive (1) and install the pump drive in the flywheel housing. 3. Install plate (2).4. Fasten tool (A) to pump drive (4) and install the pump drive in the flywheel housing.5. Install plates (3) and (5). 6. Install plates (6) and (7). 7. Install lower guard (8). 8. Install pump drive coupling (9). 9. Install guard (10). 10. Install drive shaft (11). 11. Install guard (12).end by:a) install implement hydraulic pump**(See VEHICLE SYSTEMS). Disassemble Pump Drives
start by:a) remove pump drives1. Remove flange (1) from cover (2). 2. Remove O-ring seal (4) from cover (2). 3. Remove lip type seal (3) from cover (2). 4. Remove bolts (5) and retainer (6) from the gear.5. Use a press and tool (A) to push the gear out of adapter (7). Remove the bearing cone from adapter (7). 6. Remove spacer (8) and bearing cone (9) from gear (10). The bearing cone will have damage after removal. Use new parts for replacement. 7. Remove O-ring seal (13) from adapter (7). 8. Remove the bolts and retainer (11) from adapter (7).9. Remove bearing cup (12) from adapter (7).Assemble Pump Drives
1. Use a press and install bearing cup (3) in adapter (2). 2. Install O-ring seal (4) on adapter (2).3. Install retainer (1) and the bolts on adapter (2).4. Heat bearing cone (6) to a maximum temperature of 135° C (275° F) and install it on gear (7) as shown.5. Install spacer (5) on gear (7). 6. Put adapter (2) in position on bearing cone (6) and gear (7).7. Put the bearing cone in position on the end of gear (7). Use tool (A) and a press to push the bearing cone on gear (7). 8. Install retainer (8) and the bolts on gear (7). 9. Use tool (B) to install the lip type seal in cover (9). Make sure the lip of the seal is toward the inside as shown. 10. Install O-ring seal (10) on cover (9).11. Put clean engine oil on the lip of the seal and on O-ring seal (10). 12. Install cover (9) on yoke (11) as shown.end by:a) install pump drives
