2. Disconnect hose assemblies (2), (3) and (4) from the adapter.3. Loosen the hose clamps that hold hose (1) in position. Move the hose away from the radiator and onto the water pump elbow. 4. Disconnect hose assembly (5) from adapter (8).5. Loosen the hose clamps that hold hose (6). Move the hose away from the radiator and onto tube assembly (7). 6. Remove the bolts and straps (9) that hold the bottom of the radiator to the frame. 7. Disconnect hose assembly (12) from the elbow.8. Loosen the clamps that hold hoses (10) and (13). Move the hoses away from the radiator.9. Remove the bolts that hold fan guard (11) to the radiator. Move the fan guard away from the radiator. 10. Remove bolts and washers (15) that hold clips and hose (14) to the lower left corner of the radiator.

Escaping Freon-12 (C C12F2 Dichloro Difluoro Methane) can cause freezing of human flesh.Do not smoke while working on air conditioning systems. Remove the bolts that hold the clips and hose assemblies (14) and (17) to front of the radiator. Move the hose assemblies away from the front of the radiator. 14. Fasten a hoist to radiator (18). 15. Remove two bolts (19) from each side of the radiator, and remove the radiator from the machine. The weight of the radiator is 762 kg (1683 lb). The following steps are for installation of the radiator.16. Fasten a hoist to radiator (18). Put the radiator in position, and install two bolts (19) on each side of the radiator.17. Fasten the bottom of the radiator to the frame with straps (9) and bolts.18. Connect hose assemblies (14) and (17) to air conditioning condenser (16). Put the hose assemblies and clips in position, and install the bolts that hold them to the radiator.19. Install fan guard (11) on the radiator.20. Put hoses (10) and (13) in position and tighten the hose clamps.21. Connect hose assembly (12).22. Put hose (6) in position and tighten the hose clamps. Connect hose assembly (5) to adapter (8).23.
