This Program must be administered as soon as possible. When reporting the repair, use "PI1304" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and "T" as the SIMS Description Code. Exception: If the repair is done after failure, use "PI1304" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.
Problem
In certain conditions some PF-300B and PS-300B Compactors parked on a slope may move either forward or reverse while starting the engine or when trouble shooting the electrical system.

Rework Procedure
COVER REWORK (GROUP 1 AND 2)
-Remove the speed switch from the cover and drill a 5.5mm hole. (refer to view 1)
-Install the new 137-6787 Decal.
-Reinstall the speed switch in its new position (rotated left by 90°) the knob must be in front of "N" when fully rotated counterclockwise.
BOX REWORK (GROUP 1 AND 2)
-Remove the cover of the box and drill 4 5.5mm holes (refer to View 1.)
Wiring Machines Group 1 . (Refer To View 2 And 3.)
On The Speed Switch
-Disconnect the wires 758GN/751GN/752YL.
-Isolate the wire 758GN.
-Connect the wire 751GN to terminal "H" of the speed switch.
-Connect the wire 752YL to terminal "TD" of the speed switch.
-Connect the wire 314PU of the harness 137-6787 to terminal "R" of the speed switch.
ON THE DIRECTION SWITCH
-Disconnect the wires 758GN at terminals 23 and 11. Isolate them.
-Disconnect the wire 330YL at terminal 13. Isolate it.
-Connect the wires 758GN of the harness 137-6787 to terminals 23 and 11.
-Connect the wire 330YL of the harness 137-6787 to terminal 13.
ON THE BRAKE SWITCH
-Install the new block contact 116-5277.
-Disconnect the wires 143BR/B765BR/B784YL/419YL/200BK.
-Isolate the wires B784YL and 143BR.
-Reconnect the wire 419YL at terminal X1 of B-CO contact block.
-Reconnect the wire 200BK at terminal X2 of B-CO contact block along with the wire 200BK of
