Problem
The turbocharger outlet exhaust pipe supports may yield causing misalignment of the turbocharger outlet coupling. This in turn may result in wear, exhaust leaks, and possibly cause the pipes todisconnect if the yielding and wear is severe enough.

Action Required
1. Remove the top turbocharger heat shields. 2. Remove the exhaust pipe supports and couplings. 3. Remove the rear top exhaust manifold heat shields. 4. Grind the excess material from the 7C3282 Exhaust Manifold. See the illustration. 5. Remove the rear exhaust manifold sections. 6. Install the rear exhaust manifold sections with the new sleeves. 7.
