If necessary, install the plugs in manifold group (26).
If necessary, install breather valve (41) in manifold group (26).
Apply Tooling (A) to pipe plugs (42). Install pipe plugs (42) in manifold group (26).
Install heater group (38) in manifold group (26).
Apply Tooling (B) to the insert. Install the insert and tighten to a torque of 8.5 1.0 N m (75 9 lb in). Install solenoid valve group (39) and tighten to a torque of 60 5 N m (44 4 lb ft). Tighten the nut on the end of solenoid valve group (39) to a torque of 20.0 2.5 N m (175 22 lb in).
Install the O-ring seals, pressure sensor group (40), and pressure sensor group (37) in manifold group (26). Tighten pressure sensor group (40) to a torque of 20 3 N m (175 27 lb in). Tighten pressure sensor group (37) to a torque of 10 2 N m (90 18 lb in).

If necessary, install the O-ring seal and plug (29) in manifold group (26).
Install the O-ring seals, piston (36), spring (35), and plug (34) in manifold group (26).
Install air regulator (32) in manifold group (26). Tighten air regulator (32) to a torque of 140 14 N m (105 10 lb ft).
Install the O-ring seal and temperature sensor group (31) in manifold group (26). Tighten temperature sensor group (31) to a torque of 48 5 N m (35 4 lb ft).
Install the O-ring seals and air valve group (33) in manifold group (26). Tighten air valve group (33) to a torque of 95.0 9.5 N m (70 7 lb ft).
Install the O-ring seals and solenoid valve group (30) in manifold group (26). Tighten solenoid valve group (30) to a torque of 60 5 N m (44 4 lb ft). Tighten the nut on the end of solenoid valve group (30) to a torque of 20.0 2.5 N m (175 22 lb in).

Connect diesel exhaust fluid pump group (25) to manifold group (26). Install bolts (28).

Install manifold group (26) and diesel exhaust fluid pump group (25) as an assembly. Install bolts (27). Install bar (24) and wing nuts (23).

Connect harness assembly (21) to the heater group. Connect harness assembly (20) to the temperature sensor group. Connect harness assembly (22) and harness assembly (19) to the solenoid valve groups. Connect harness assembly (18) and harness assembly (17) to the pressure sensors.

Install the O-ring seals, flange (16), and bolts (15) on the manifold group.

Install power converter (13) and machine screws (12). Connect harness assembly (14). Install temperature sensor (11). Tighten temperature sensor (11) to a torque of 20 3 N m (175 27 lb in). Connect the harness assembly to temperature sensor (11).

Install electronic control group (8), the spacers, the mounts, and bolts (10). Connect harness assembly (9) and harness assembly (7) to electronic control group (8).

Install front door (6) and bolts (5). Install door assembly (4) and bolts (3).
