Information:
Changing Alarm Setpoint Values
To change an alarm setpoint value, enter the programming mode and change the programming code to 1000. For additional information, refer to Programming The Electronic Gauge Modules section in this publication. To enter code 1000, hold the center button until the display changes from "C0" to "C1" and then release the button. After the display shows "C1" for 1 second, the value of C1 from Chart 5 will be shown on the display. The left digit will be flashing. The left and right buttons allow a new setpoint to be entered. Each time the right button is pressed and released, the value of the flashing digit will increment. Digit selection is made by pressing the left button. Each time the left button is pressed and released, the digit to the right becomes the flashing digit. The center button now serves two functions:1. Pressing the center button momentarily will recall on the display the alarm constant number "C#" whose value is being viewed.2. Pressing and holding the center button will advance to the next constant. Release the button to see the new constant value.Advancing to a new constant causes the value of the previous constant to be stored. When the center button is pressed to advance past the last alarm constant, the gauge will return to the normal display mode. Check to ensure that changes were accepted correctly. (Refer to Viewing Constant And Flag Values topic in the Programming Electronic Gauge Module section of this publication).A "9999" programmed for an alarm setpoint eliminates the alarm for that function.A "0000" programmed for an alarm setpoint eliminates the function's display. The function will not appear on the gauge in the normal display mode. The function may be restored by reprogramming the alarm setpoint.Changing Shutdown Setpoint Values
To change a shutdown setpoint value, enter the programming mode and change the programming code to 2000. For additional information, refer to Programming Electronic Gauge Modules section in this publication. To enter code 2000, hold the center button until the display changes from "C0" to "C#" and then release the button. When changing the value of shutdown setpoints, "C#" will be the first shutdown constant in Chart 5. Example:The first shutdown setpoint value in module 1 is at C6. The display will change from "C0" to "C6" while holding the center button to enter programming code 2000.After the display shows "C#" for 1 second, the value of "C#" from Chart 5 will be shown on the display. The flags may be set to 0 or 1. The function of the flags within each module is listed in Chart 5 in the Reference Charts section. To change a flag value, enter the programming mode and change the programming code to 3612. For additional information, refer to Programming The Electronic Gauge Modules section. To enter code 3612, hold the center button until the display changes from "C0" to "1F#" and then release the button. The flag # will be 0 or 1.Press the right button to change the flag #. Pressing the center button will advance to the next flag. Advancing to a new flag causes the value of the previous flag to be stored. When the center button is pressed to advance past the last flag, the gauge will return to the normal display mode. Check to ensure that changes were entered correctly. (Refer to Viewing Constant And Flag Values topic in the Programming Electronic Gauge Modules section of this publication).
